Need to work out what's left to do. C and D? Can do Knock Out matches as and when we know.
Do we leave all threads in here, or move matches out into the main Sports room on the day of the match and then into settled rep bets? So can see all threads you can bet on with a few days to go in this bit, all threads that are coming up soon in the Sports room and complete threads in the Settled Threads bit?
Then before the 8th of June we need to work out how much we are allowing people to bet on Top Goalscorer and Winner - give vCash out, open vBookie threads and let people bet on Top Scorer/Winner until say 4th of June? Then allow betting on everything from 4th of June onwards (anyone still with their 20-40k will lose it).
