For me, workouts stay the same. Whether it's a cut of a bulk is a diet issue.
Diet is sorted and i have enough cardio in there too
i need help with my workouts.. mainly how many reps and sets to do??
i have never followed any workout plans or anything, just go by what i've been doing for the last few years.. turned out that i was over-working my arms and chest, but i've sorted that out this year
and will i be ok to workout every single day or do i still have to leave out a day to rest??
bare in mind that i've been over doing it for years and still seeing very good results, i have no problems with doing the same stuff every single day

Got that Virginia Tech Swag, shoot up your school and laugh bitch!
yeh maintain the same workout bro, your aim should still be to build muscle..
if anything look into fst-7
My diet is sorted out pretty much but it's just some days, missing meals and eating loads in one go is the main issue
shouldn't i switch to lower weight/higher reps though??
or even keep the same weight and do higher reps/less sets, so do a set of 12 instead of 8 to make it work the muscles a bit more, so i don't have to do 5 sets of 8, just do 3 sets of 12 instead??
5x8 isn't doing anything apart from being able to lift more weight every 2 weeks, i just want to tone up with what i already have rather then put on more muscle if you know what i mean

This is where so many people get it wrong when cutting. Cutting basically is all about some cardio and making sure you eat at a calorie deficiency whilst continuing with your exact same workouts. Strength eventually starts decreasing but the decrease should not be substantial.
Normally if you're doing sets of ten and when cutting can only manage 6 reps in the set, implement a rest/pause for 30 seconds and bang the other four out.
I'm tryna turn heroin to grands, dats B 2 K, like Omarion and J Boog
I've been doing sit-ups and press-ups for like the past month i do 50 each most mornings & evenings
My chest/arms have popped out not too big just right, my boy was saying i should start cutting but i have no idea where to even start :/ lol
looooooooool
Bruv i've seen you, you're some skinny pierced up hipster #leaveityeah
All i said is that i'm doing situps and pressups in my yard for like a month now and i can see slight changes not nothing major you know
and my boy was saying i was getting bigger shoulder-wise etc and i should start going gym and to cut so why are you lol'n for

instead of 50 pressups every morning n evening do like 100/150 once every other day that'll be better do wide press ups for ur chest n put ur arms closer for ur triceps
ditch the sit ups they arent gna be effective especially 50 research ab exercises do more leg raises n crunches n shit id recommend ab ripper x every other or every 3rd day
do chin ups for ur biceps too n pull ups for ur back so ur doing ur whole upper body
before u hit gym tho research everything cos theres no point u going if u have no clue what ur doing u needa go hard for like 4/5 months atleast b4 u cut mate n dont go half hearted either gta go hard
If you've only been doing body weight workouts and you weren't fat to begin with then cuttings probably gonna make you look emaciated. No matter what workout program you do you're not gonna get overly hench without the right diet so I wouldn't worry too much. The way I've given advice to girls to start using some sort of weight when working out and they turn around and say "errr no I don't wanna get proper muscley" smh, if only it was that easy.
