I'm a bit fan of retro keyboards just so ya know. Some of them just have an amazing sound.

At the base would be a Hammond B3/C3 Organ in Black (Minus the Bass pedals)

I'd use both the usual Hammond sound and also the more aggressive Jon Lord Deep Purple-ish sound.

Sitting atop the Hammond would be an Oberheim OB-X Synthesizer (My dream Synth. I know they weren't the most reliable, but man I love that Fat Analog sound!)

And atop the Oberheim would be a Minimoog Model D. Because you gotta have a Minimoog! :D (My other dream synth)

Then off at a 90 degree angle to the left of me, would be a Fender Rhodes Piano

Sitting on top of the Rhodes I'd have an ARP Odyssey 2500/2600 Synthesizer

Then off at a 90 Degree angle to the right of me, I'd have a Mellotron Mk II (I'm a big Moody Blues fan :D)

And last but certainly not least, a set of Moog Taurus I Synthesizer Bass pedals

All setup, it would look something like this:

Lol Nah it's all good I own some of those dream synths, I big up anyone who recognises the superiority of analog fatness.

Haha thanks. It's amazing how clear the difference is both in person and even through the internet like YouTube.

I know I'll be lucky if I'm ever able to own just a Minimoog and maybe an Odyssey or the Rhodes piano, maybe. Everything else is so rare and very pricey. If I can so much as briefly play an OB-X I'll be extremely happy

Gonna buy a microkorg soon enough.

Might get Roland JP - 8000 as well. But the first one OP put up looked nice

    Agreed,

I have two model D's and Voyager, if you want a mini get a Voyager they are better IMO.

I thought I'd revise my dream setup a bit, because I'm bored and have too much time on my hands lol.

I'd get rid of the Mellotron, and to replace it I'd have a Nord Stage 2 (88). This would also act as a Piano, and at times a Transistor Organ like a Vox Continental. The Nord would be a dual keyboard stand, and above it would be a Moog Memorymoog Plus.

And next to the Nord, I'd have kind of my own version of the Moog Constellation (http://www.brain-salad-surgery.de/mo...tellation.html). It would consist of a second Memorymoog, Minimoog, and Taurus I pedals. I was originally thinking of having either a Polymoog 203A or 280A, but I was never too impressed by them. I like the sounds of the Memorymoog a lot more.

It would all look something like this:

    Nice choice,

I have a Memory Moog Plus it's an awesome synth, but sometimes it's too powerful.
I'd use a Jupiter 8, Prophet 5 or Andromeda A6 for everyday as they're more stable and pull the Memory Moog out for special occasions.
