Good luck bro, what % BF are you at now?
I'm not sure when to start mine, I'm at 11-12% BF now (bulking so that'll fluctuate), I go to Magaluf in July...might start it in May. What would you recommend?
Started my diet early, as I just want to make sure that I'm at my leanest for the summer. I'm 4 days in and I feel better already!
Breakfast - 90g oats with water, protein shake with water (2 scoops of optimum nutrition 100% whey) and some fruit juice.
Snack - some peanuts.
Lunch - 2 Chicken breasts and 125g brown rice(50g uncooked) maybe some salad
Snack - Peanuts
Dinner - lean meat or fish with veg or salad
Before bed - protein shake with water.(2scoops of optimum nutrition 100% whey)
Keeping it simple.
Around 2000 calories
300g protein
150g Carbs

Id say I'm between 18-22% now, my last month was just junk food everyday lol I got fat
It depends how much your bf will fluctuate or more specifically how much more fat you will gain if you carry on bulking. If you will stay below 15 then I'd bulk until may, then diet down. depends how easily you burn fat, how quick your metabolism is etc.

tbh some ppls bodies hold fat quite well as in its equally spread, like me even when im 15-20% i dont get no pot belly, jus lose definition all over. so if ur like tht & ur a PT ull jus look big whenever u put on a tee and not fat.

When its your job to be a personal trainer and you're in the gym constantly, there's no reason why you should be at 20% imo. Most people who get personal trainers are dumb and/or noobs, so i imagine someone who is ripped up will get more clients than those that are not.

starting the 12 week one they putting on mens health atm on monday, similar style diet to yours. have struggled recently with healthy lunches but im gonna force myself to cook some grub the night before.
my main weekness is fizzy/sugary drinks. think im actually slightly addicted to lucozade and sugar in general.

My diet fell off a few weeks ago, had gone through P90X for two months but gave up before i was due to finish the last month. But fuck it, sorted my diet out again on monday, doing metabolic circuits 3 times a week for cardio and gonna start lifting next week aswell so hopefully should get rid of it. Was missing the cardio workouts with P90X so didnt get rid of as much as i wanted lol. If i was to do a split routine and was doing the metabolic circuits (pushups, bodyweight rows, squats, lunges) on my off days i wouldnt be overtraining would i? or should i do the circuits after doing my lifting? Will update my progress thread on Monday and repost after 6-8 weeks with my progress.

no send but how are you getting in 300g from just two shakes and 2 servings of meat? the chicken breasts 60-70 tops and the lean meat in the evening again 60-70 tops. i'd ditch the peanuts for a tin of sardines, if you like them. 20g protein 10g fat and <1g carbs. Use red top milk with shake before bed too so it releases slower, rather than water. I know you're on a cut but with small changes like that you could possibly recomp and actually gain a bit of muscle at the same time.
