I think you've hit the nail on the head there, you need some more multi-syllabic words, for example, like as a totally random example "nationality" has a lot of syllables and takes more time to say; at the minute you're saying words like "know", "floor", "spray", "shank" they are all monosyllabic (one sound). Try writing your bars in a better structure, and a pattern in the way you spit, then you're flow will be more exciting.
