Need help finding a track

Basically i heard this track on 1xtra about November / December last year.

I dont know what it is called or who it is buy, the artist is white and about 22 years old.

In the video he is sitting outside a house there is a party going on inside the house he is watching it through the window its like a rave, hes smoking a ciggerette and listening to the track he is singing on his ipod.

I think it then gets light and he walks home the next day.

Anyone know this track?
