I drink a cup every day as it speeds up metabolism. Doesn't particularly taste nice although you get used to it after a few cups.

If you want to lose weight your only liquid intake should be water and green tea.

tetley ones taste ok, says on the box something about a different recipe or some shit too smoothen the taste but i'm wondering if this would lessen the effects ect

I enjoy a cup of green tea every day. I prefer it to INDIAN tea ( @Joey Essex ) as that smells like old ladies' breath.

If you don't like the taste of green tea, try green tea with lemon.
