Plus. My dad doesn't chat gas when it comes to body building etc, he's been doing it for 25 years so he knows his shit. So when he says it's the best, I know it is.

I don't think that is going to make anyone go out and buy it tbh

i'm happy with what i have and it's good value for money so paying £20 for under 1kg is not really worth paying
