Thats my main problem, I go off peak times while every1 else is still at work, so alot of the time im doing them on my own
Thats how I train (With a few amendments) and its how I got the best gains.
I dont have a training partner but for chest training it would be a massive benefit.
when do you take your 2 days rest? in between the week or 2 str8 days?
Im also looking to get bigger,

If so what programme/routine should I be doing to bulk up?
Rather than doing it from home ive joined the gym so can use more equipment/exercises but I have no routine & im probably fucking myself up

Nah this will get you bigger, but id rather use it once ive got a bit stronger and can use heavier weights tbh, if you can use a decent amount of weight then you might aswell go for it and see how you get on with it.

just a quick point.
I noticed afer you train arms, the next time you go to the gym you will do your back. This might slow down your growth a little bit as your biceps will still be recovering from your back workout. Give them time to rest. Most of your bicep strength and growth will come from heavy back workouts, rather than isolated bicep exercises.
It might be better if you train back/bi, chest/tri, shoulders/legs
Give it a try and see if you make better gains.
best programme ive followed. yeah i still use all the same principles but alternate exercise.
