4 week split wen im ere
One of the most powerful and richest of U.S. crime syndicate chiefs and bankers, who had major interests in gambling, especially in Florida, pre-Castro Cuba,Las Vegas, and the Bahamas.
Suppose it depends on your goals and body shape/lagging body parts. I do a 3 day split and usually train mon, tue, thur, fri and the occasional saturday.
1 day - Shoulders and legs
2 day- Chest and tris
3 day back and biceps and then repeat the cycle.
I train my abs whenever I feel like it. Most people need a seperate day for legs hence a 4 day split but fortunately I have pretty big legs naturally and have never really had to train them.
What does your back routine look like? I'm not satisfied with myne, i can confirm i'm too heavy/fat/weak to do Pull ups.
I warm up with two sets of pull ups, 2nd set with a dumbell attached.
2 sets on hammer strength pull down, underhand grip.
2 Sets Hammer Row
3 Sets on seated cable row, using a pull down bar.
I train HITT with about 1 minute set between reps. Only the last set is a working set and I go as heavy as I can for 6-8 reps.

Monday: Kneecaps and neck
Wednesday: Elbows and earlobes
Saturday: Ankles and nipples
Probably do cardio twice a week as well.

lol after exams im gona start going 4 times a week n do squats just dont have the time right now
ive only been going properly since start of feb tho so by summer i dont think ill be that big ill only look a bit bigger so the legs shouldnt look that bad tbh
edit: plus im asian upper body with stick legs is what we're best at lul
3 day split I want to do 4 but its not easy trying to squeeze in my typical week.
Next month I'm gonna have my weekends back so that might be a good thing.

I spend usually about an hour and 15 or 30 because I always leave abs to last and due to fuckers hogging the equipment
Before It was an hour but had to squeeze in abs in every session because it needs to go this gut lol
