Any what? Carbs I'm assuming. Yeah I do eat carbs. Just under 100g a day. Don't find it hard as I just eat meat, eggs and veg tbh. Apparently low carbs isn't even necessary with IF but I'd recommend it.
@c it's not gas tbh. You just love food too much. Being able to eat for 8 hours is more than enough lol. You BANG out gym though from things I've seen you post so maybe you think youll get light headed or summin lol. Whatever works for you though but wouldn't knock it so readily.
