just a quick question.....how many carbs are you man taking a day on this no/low carb thing?
See me there see me where, them endz them sides right over there, spent likkle time in the pen last year, guy got rude hit his head with a chair
tbh I don't count my carbs in intake, I just try to avoid it as much as possible and also hit the treadmill erryday after my weight training.

i try keep em as low as possible too. would ideally always be below 30-50g a day, cant remember where i read it, and it depends on many factors, but thts a safe number to always stay in ketosis

I'm not too clued up on sports science and shit.
But if you were trying to bulk up, wouldn't that require you to have a calorie surplus, therefore after you've done your weights, you'd be burning off valuable calories?
Not questionning you, just asking if you could explain the benefit of a cardio/weights mixture training routine.
your gonna have to bulk to achieve that sort of physique realistically

u can still be at a cal surplus whilst being low carb
meaning u can bulk whilst still being low carb. even if ur doin cardio can still be at surplus with enough food @iKlozzle

eat as much protein as you want but it won't necessarily do anything for you other than going to waste lol, imo you need the carbs to bulk up if you just track how/when and what carbs your having you'll be fine, a bulk is obviously increasing calories in which are mostly gonna be from your carbs, minimal carbs you'll struggle to put size on.

gotta be real careful with the veg, cos eatin lots of veg or fruit isnt low carb
but yeh more meat more eggs etc
theres other easy ways to hit cal surplus too i hear, like drinkin shots of coconut oil which is really good for u.
i know guys have made strength gains on this shit.
no reason scientifically y u cant gain size, only loss from cuttin carbs is tht glyocen stores get depleted, but then ur body can make its own through gluconeogenesis, plus fat is a very efficient energy source so its all bless
ive never bothered lookin for examples of guys who packed on mass with low carb but im sure theres lots of examples, i'll find out for myself soon enough once done with cut. kyo is bulking on this shit now, when hes not stuffin his face with large cookies l0l @Prophet Dan .

But I'm trying to lower my body fat around the stomach area and ftr I do eat plenty of complex carbs through carrots, sweetcorn, fruits etc, just no heavily starchy foods like bread, pasta, potatoes etc
