Since the last one got last might aswell start a new one.
This is where im at at the moment, started working out 3 months ago after not working out for a few years, pretty much lost any muscle i had and was at about 20% BF. Anyway started trying to bulk 3 months ago, didnt eat properly didnt use any supplements and didnt really see any change. After 2 months i started eating around 3000 calories a day and using protein/mass gain supplements and this is me so far after a few weeks:
Gonna carry on for another month or two and then try and get my BF down, currently weigh 72kg.
