    Does anyone make a point of not cumming on training days? I was tellin my mate that some girl wanted to bang and i just casually said i cant cuz im training later, he just looked at me like wtf?? lol does anyone else do this and do you notice the difference in strength?

    It's funny that you made this thread because a link stayed at mine last night and i was thinking whether i should fuck her in the morning or not because i knew i was gonna go gym later and do my most important workout of the week (chest and tri's). I did and the my gym sesh later on wasn't the best.

    Wait hold up, is it okay to nut before my workout? I always though it wouldn't be beneficial and that i would need all my testosterone to help with strength during the workout.

    there's been some people who claim to perform better if they don't ejaculate due to built up tension, there's been some who claim it does nothing.

    i've tried this before and it did nothing. or at least, if it did, i didn't notice a difference. i don't think there's any link either, ejaculating is good for you.

    i'd just do what you feel best doing.

    plus after 7 days the testosterone levels declined, plus if you're training regularly you would have to abstain from ejaculation a week prior to training, and when you're training four or five times per week, that means you can never ever ejaculate.
