i know lad who gets unflavoured and adds his own flavourings in fruit etc etc which is the better option if you're willing to do that.

Haven't used supplements for a while now since I ran out, didnt realise how much difference they can make to your appearance until I stopped using them lol. So when I get paid tomorrow I'm getting a 6kg tub of USN Hyperbolic Mass and a tub of ON 100% Whey.

Been having loads of my unflavoured protein past couple of days. I really like it. Especially when you mix oats up in there too, with a teaspoon of sugar. So nice.

I can vouch for myprotein..next day delivery is sick as well.

I cut out most gluten sources from my diet and damn I feel a whole lot better. Look fuller and less bloated. But that means cutting out a lot of the main carb sauces so I usually just stick to brown rice now.

Since ive started eating over 3000 calories a few weeks ago I've noticed changes already, makes me wish I'd took the nutrition side more serious when I've been working out in the past lol. Might be one of the reasons why my arms seemed small compared to the rest of my body cos I wasn't eating enough to make them grow smh.

thats how i found it, ive taken other stuff and not had the same effect as jack3d i.e n.o xplode, superpump are shit for me got no effect from it what so ever

I'm on Jack3d at the moment. It doesn't give me any physical feeling, pump etc. like a lot of people say but the focus is really there. Reps have gone up as well since I first used it. I gotta take 3 scoops though and I can't take it on an empty stomach, I get some really bad stomach pain 40 mins into the workout if my last meal was like 2 hours before the workout. I am a bit shocked that IntraVol gave me some crazy pump and I expected this from Jack3d but it never came. Oh well, I guess they're bit different supplements.

Gonna try Assault, Neurocore or NanoVapor next.
