I don't think Owen has lost it. He began to look like something of his former self at Newcastle when he was getting service.
At United he'd get service, and provided he stays fit, I think he would do very well.

thats a big if with owen. I wouldn't pay more for ten million for him. I think united have better transfer targets in that department

I'd hate the cunt if he ever did that.
Besides moving with a year left on his contract for Real Madrid for £8m when with a full contract we could have got £20m to "win trophies" - when we went on to win the European Cup while he won NOTHING for 2 years the sell out wanker.
But to join the Mancs, that would be a new low for the Welsh cunt.

I don't remember the exact circumstances of McManaman's departure, but he won a lot more at Real Madrid than the would have done if he'd stayed at Liverpool. Not may people leave the UK to play footbal so he had by respect for taking the plunge, as I think he was in a bit of a comfort zone at Liverpool at the time.
He'll be remembered as one of the greats of English football, regardless.

but not sick. To be fair he was on the bench most of the time. Most of them 40 games would have been coming off the bench. He was good at Madrid. With the right service he would score goals, he ain't going to get that at Newcastle.

trus me, hes a yank who owns a american football team, erm forgot what there called lol
the moneys there for O'Neil, but i dunno i appreciate hes bringin bare good english talent in/through the ranks but we need atleast a couple proven very good/class foregn players.
Im sure he knows what hes doing but in the back of my mind i think hes kinda scared to handle a "superstar" player
but with tottenham, pompy, everton and other teams around us strenthening its gonna be a very competitive for 5,6 and 7th spot
