Was reading an article on Adulthood in the new nation (black british newspaper) and in an interview with Noel he said he gave Bashy a job. In the process off doing that the Ethnic section in the film council gave them more money/set up a new monitoring role for Bashy to scout new talent...Meaning he bagged himself a job.
