I was listening to 1xtra earlier, Treble T to be precise, and he said that from what he has been told Wearing my Rolex sales are going really well, and will easily make the top 10. Thought id share that little bit news with you all:D

Theres 2 versions of the cd single, one has 5 tracks and a video which i think disqualifies it from chart entry. Could b the different between gettin a number 1 or not. Same problem stopped Oh No from chartin high.

I don't know to be honest. I think before it would have been disqualified but the rules have changed recently due to dwindling single sales. Labels are overclear nowadays on what counts as a sale towards charts and I doubt Atlantic would put out anything that could result in a lower position for the single.

What I do know however is that one of Wiley's issues with the label was the remixes they chose to go on the single. Firstly because he didn't like them and secondly he had been told he was allowed to bring in Maniac and Skepta to do them

Fair enough I guess, quite a nice insight actually. Can imagine a lot goes on like that we would never normally find out about. Wouldn't mind hearing Maniacs take.

It looks like it will chart well. The biggest dubstep song last year was night and i didnt think it charted, or was released properly. Although it has really brought both Coki and Benga into the mainstream in terms of bookings and so on.

Point is the hype this creates for Wiley and to a lesser extent grime is more important than its chart position.
