I use sounds sometimes from other producers - generally on a remix tip though.

The bait bootlegs are long, but a bit of clever sampling or re-using of a similar sound will give grime as a scene some recognised sounds.

If producers stopped using bait presets and actually made their own sounds, then this issue would be resolved overnight.

It's because too many producers don't change VSTi's from their presets to make them more personal sounding if you know what I mean

yep lol, and its not even that hard to make ur own sounds either, especially bass
