Why is it ok to put up rips?

Most people prefer to listen to all the elements of the music in high quality...

Tracks played on radio are transcoded and the loss of quality is phenomenal, cuts off bare frequencies and sounds so the track is nothing like if you would have bought it on a CD

What would you rather listen to a tune on a mobile or a tune in a club??
