Sig pictures are going to be allowed, but you need to be a designer or know one to make use of it.

The height is going to be a maximum of 40 and the width 500/600.

So you can have a long banner with a link to your myspace, but no massive signatures.

Well you have to be familiar with gfx programs to be able to make a sig yourself.
The alternative is of course to ask someone to do it for you.

You can do it if your not, but at that size designers are best thats all.
