A Proper Clash Question

I've just been listening to rinsers myspace freestyle and IMO his freestyle>>>>>>>>>>freedom of speech..........

So this leads me to the question of who would win a clash out of ghetto and rinser???

They both have skippy flows and incredible content and rinser also show just as much hunger and anger in his bars but its a lot more controlled and a lot clearer in his delivery.

Ghetto is said by many to be the best in the scene but IMO rinser would wipe the floor with him on EVERY level.

This is a forum and this is MY OPINION, I am just interested to see what other people think. I would post rinsers myspace but I post from my mobile and its not as easy as just a copy and paste job. Discuss.

I'm glad you said yet and didn't write off my thread like cortz. Anyone who knows about lyrics and just music in general can see that rinser is special, I've listened to fos and just like ghetto gospel I won't be listening to again, from time people were telling me mountain is a stand out track I knew I was going to disapointed. Ghetto forced angrer is annoying and I can't listen to more than 3 tunes at most in a row, some tunes just get straight skipped before the corus has come in. Plus I no a lot of the shit ghetto chats is rubbish and I have a thing where I find it hard to listen bullshit. If you not really doing stuff then find other subjects to talk about, it don't have to just be about crime and shit.

..well to say you don't like ghetto at all makes your grime opinion lose a bit of credibility to me.. not saying everyone should have him among their personal favourites but when he stays away from the bait hip-hop he kind of epitomises gritty, high tempo "gangsta" grime.. liking grime and liking FoS should go hand in hand really..

I am fucking sick of him, I'm sick of his voice peircing my ear drums and I'm sick of listening to lies. I never once said he weren't good, he's the bollox, but he's not the best, he's not as good as people say he is and there are better mc's out there. He is probably the best mc's that is getting a lot of exposure at the moment but there are a few that are better.

Frisco on a good day i could understand and i know some people really feel Skepta so i'll let that slide too, but the rest simply ain't on Ghetts' level.. maybe you can personally prefer them, but that's different to just stating outright that they are better than him, cos from an objective point of view they ain't touchin' him..

Rinsers Mixcd seems ridiculous, and what little ive heard of him, hes fuckin sick. That 'Shut ya mout Jooce' stands out for me, but every tune in that snippet thing was alot.

I Rate Ghetto, i do. But i can see where me!!! is coming from. Ghetto is good, and probably is the best of the grime scenes current figureheads. But, just because Ghetto has delivered a couple times, doesnt mean hes the best in the world and never to be beaten. Rinse, is looking to be a big character in the game if he keeps his workrate up after releasing AOTN (which could very easily topple FOS. Its not the bible)

Thank fuck there are some sane people here. I never once said ghetto is not good but imo we have heard all he has to offer and we haven't barely seen anything from rinser, but what we have heard has looked like it is a lot better than what ghetto has been presenting us with.

If you prefer to listen to rinser thats fine with me but i dont like when people dismiss everything a artist has done because they like someone else more. Keep things in context. Rinser is in my top 5 mc's and has been for a while but he still has a lot to prove imo. Ghetts is one of the corner stones of this grime scene along with artist like Wiley, Dee, Kano etc rinser aint in that league imo. He aint done countless raves, radio sets and release or promoted himself to the same level has the artist i mentioned b4 so i feel its a bit early to be saying hes better than this guy or that guy. The talent is there but theres still a lot of work to be done imo.

I don't post a lot but I read this everyday and to keep seeing people dropping opinions on stuff which isn't all what they make it out to be is annoying tbh. If I wasn't reading countless posts of praise for work that isn't great makes me want to create threads like this.

I have made my point and got some sensible answers after a rocky start. I'm not saying ghettos shit, I'm saying he's not what you lot make out and others deserve praise also.
