Mix format

I'm going to be putting together a hour long mix next week for a label which will be releasing it in all independent stores but im still undecided on what would be the best way to put the mix together, either.......

1. 30mins vocals and then 30mins instrumentals
2. vocals and instrumentals mixed in which each other throughout the mix
3. just instrumentals
4. just vocals

Let me know what you think the best mix format would be
