Why does everyone rate D Double E so highly?

I know everyone loves him, and on occasions on some songs I have enjoyed listening to his unique style.

But outside of just spitting a quick hype 16 bar on a track with loads of other mc's why is he rated so highly?

I saw a live clip of him posted on a blog and it sounded like a retard at a karaoke night.

If anyone has any clips or youtube clips to show me why he has the ratings he does I would be intrested to see them, because I feel I have missed out on his good stuff.

he can fuck up a rave by going "OOOOOOOOHHH OOOOOOOOOOOHHH"

He is a true tempo specialist, whether it be hip hop, grime/dubstep or jungle

he's underrated lyrically. Some of his bars on newer tracks are pretty deep. He can do concept tracks

he's also a good dj & producer

also he's not got a big ego unlike certain emcees when they get a bit of hype

For anyone who hasn't seen Dee in a rave have a listen to one of best grime sets ever recorded, the one from eskimo dance with wiley vs. doog clash.

His verse on 'My Life' with Dizzee and Foots is deep and also 'Bell Dem Slags' picks up where 'Get Out Of My House' remix with The Streets left off.

Also check this set from last year with him on his ones with tubby reeling off some big dubstep beats.
