Dear Valentin,

Regardless, it seems to me that the site has had this error every now and again for the last 16 hours, this is not like the 99.9% uptime advertised.

Tonight is a very important time for my website and I need it to be accessible for my user base, can you give me any assurances or am I best looking for a server better equipped to run my site which is currently just a forum with mainly just text to load?

I fail to see why my site should be contributing to any difficulties and therefore why my users who have to be troubled by downtime when it isn't our fault.

By the time you have reported this issue for the last time "2008-01-21 08:47am by grimeped -" the server was heavily loaded. However when I check the meters now the resource usage is in the quota and all your pages load fast and without any errors. It seems that our administrators were able to detect the source of the problem and take the necessary actions in order to restore the normal access to the web services.

nah today i got on one of my phones that web n walk thing with t mobile.

50p a day it works out to, 2.50 every 5 days.

Its good cause i can just not top up when i dont want it and its much cheaper than o2 which is yeah, 1mb free per month on the genie sim and then 1 pound per day.
