All those people have all gone to Grimeforum anyway. And the server issues are no different.

The only bonus you have is a circle jerk of back slapping amongst their friends and favoured up and coming associates, and some sort of community spirit.

It's absolutely no different, and to be honest after reading it for a while, I find it worse because of some of the ill-informed opinions people put across as fact.

Big up Logan coming to the launch party as well- real proffesional of you.

Throughout all of this, Ive always tried to keep a dignified stance and accept any banter, even the sends on Kiss 100 but thats just low man and on the sly in a thread on another forum? Pathetic man.

So because a group of people who like the music are trying to do something positive for the scene, and that includes most people who post here recently (no backslapping here, just fucking fact) he has to belittle it? And what comments have been ill informed or wrong... you can't just come out with that line and not give an example- knowing the people who post here, I'd imagine they'd revel in correcting someone, so thats a lie.

And what favoured up and coming associates? Name some Logan and Ill give perfectly good answers as to why. Perhaps you mean with Butterz, a guy trying to push the rave scene forward after it was debated often enough by you and other on RWD that it was dying, and its rave that is interestingly enough paying for you to perform, or maybe you mean Dirty Canvas, who only have their banner up here by virtue of actually asking me if it was ok to put it there, or finally maybe you mean Uptown Records who Im trying to work with to provide cheaper CD's with? Man up and fire at me mate.

The server problems are being improved and worked upon each day. No one here can tell me the situation isn't 100 times better than it was last month and within 3 months, I see a self sufficient website, so let me work on it. This is a project that you were invited along to as an Admin due to the nature of RWD at the time and you could have played a part in it mate, but you decided against that- which is fair enough. The only animosity I've had towards you was over the 2 month late delivery of a vinyl- so whats the problem?

Often there is a general consensus that is shared by some people, sometimes thats life. I rate some Lauren Mason tunes, unfortunately, not everybody does :) - Theres an example.

Carter, the server hasn't been that great, but its been better than RWD come on.

Risky has stopped his stuff, Grime Fiend I have no idea, he isnt on much.

I personally feel the quality of threads and responses are better here than was on RWD when we left and at least when our server is working, you do a post and it loads up.

I think that the fact alone that people are starting these kinds of discussions makes this forum already a step ahead of RWD. A positive community spirit would help grime out a lot right now I think, and this seems to be a step in the right direction. As much as I rate Logan's efforts towards the scene (not many have done more than him in terms of exposure, and he does put a lot of heart into it), I don't really rate his increasingly condescending attitude towards the involvement of others: e.g. his inexplicable outburst about this forum, his bizarre disdain for hipster types supporting the scene, turning his nose up at people who don't have the same encyclopedic knowledge of the genre as him etc.

I don't think anyone who wishes to become involved and build a community in whichever way they choose should ever feel like they require Logan Sama's validation to do so. I also feel like although the position is well-deserved, as grime's flagbearer and the one who is on the front line of pushing grime into a more successful future, Logan should try and lighten up a bit and be a bit more positive.

What someone said to logan on RWD, can't remember who now made sense of your recent thought Hij. They said "I respect DJ Logan but the internet logan doesn't deserve respect. To be fair, he is trying to keep RWD Forum from coming here which is obviously the problem for him or he wouldn't of posted it in the first place. He even has to sleep at Liverpool street station at night sometimes.

This thread has every opportunity of just turning into a Logan slew by everyone, and adding fire to his claims about "back slapping", but I don't care. Why spend time listenin to what he says when it's all negative? The only time I want to listen to Logan is when he's doin his radio show, and even then he's got artists like Lady Lykez on.

To be honest, I don't think you should even be bothering about what Logan says. As a forum, we should just do our thing, I don't even know why at the start some (a lot) of the people on rwd/grimeforum took it as an offence when Logan said he didn't want to be a mod or admin. The more we keep asking Logan for an opinion or a praise about this movement that Hij has started with the help of others, the more will get upset when he doesn't respond the way we want him to...

By not responding, he's really trying to say... "okay mate, do your thing Hij". I don't think he has the time to be rolling with people who are 5 years younger than him shouting out "fuck rwd". We as a forum should be better than that.

And don't forget he still writes for the rwd magazine (i think).

This wouldn't have happend if we just left the forum quietly and literally said nothing to Logan. And the reson why he probably posted that is because people were still attacking him for not joining the movement.

I mean, what are we 'really' fighting for?

We are 'all' on the same team, aren't we? That is supporting grime music.

At the end of the day, it's just a forum, but in the eyes of the people who put money into this, it's not. To be honest, I don't think you should even be bothering about what Logan says. As a forum, we should just do our thing, I don't even know why at the start some (a lot) of the people on rwd/grimeforum took it as an offence when Logan said he didn't want to be a mod or admin. The more we keep asking Logan for an opinion or a praise about this movement that Hij has started with the help of others, the more will get upset when he doesn't respond the way we want him to...

By not responding, he's really trying to say... "okay mate, do your thing Hij". I don't think he has the time to be rolling with people who are 5 years younger than him shouting out "fuck rwd". We as a forum should be better than that.

And don't forget he still writes for the rwd magazine (i think).
