A question about rinse

how come some peoples shows get put up on the podcast and some dont. Is it up to the DJs or is it up 2 Rinse, because not that many sets get uploaded if you consider how many hours in a week.

Loads of good djs sets never get uploaded. its shame!

I think it is up to Rinse, I heard they are making some changes to the Podcast, with compulsory tracklist and what not, so hopefull yit will pick up and come a bit more professional.

It pisses me off sometimes the way Rinse is so inconsistant, its like they know that people will lock no matter how shit they are, because they have the biggest artists

it is wen some sets change all da time, theres monthly rotations with some people and all dat lark.

next question; for people who have sets late e.g tootsi, weza... do u get more international listeners as u are primetime for them like Tootsis show in Jamaica would be 4pm in the afternoon. which would get you some different listeners right.

It may come to a point where djs are on doing 3-5s coz dey will get loads of american fans, and it goes up on the podcasts 4 every1 2 listen back anyway.. *in theory*

I still get Rinse but its a different lineup from the stream link. Mans expecting to hear Scratcha and i get some funky house instead, if i use proper radio its bless tho

Get me it's been like that for a month, man use to laugh at the people that use to listien on the net and they stream cut off, while i just to listien on the dial........it fucked up now

i mean that dubstep, a genre where sound quality is important to get the lower bass frequencies, has its best djs on a station with a 64k stream. Other dubstep stations have 320k streams.

Unless you have mega-fast boradband 320kbps streams just won't work

If Dubstep heads want to hear something at high quality they can just listen in a club

they have load of rinse dj's on there but i aint really locked into it for ages mainly they play old school and 4x4
