They won't take your order till it's paid.

Blood on Records. Broken CD cases. Orders getting parred etc aren't down to Pz.

Would say 60-70% of my orders didn't have a problem. The rest i've usually ended up having to call up to get them to send it out or sort out a problem they didn't bother to tell me about till i called.

Found my orders get dealt with better if you order stuff that's in stock during the day, don't order late at night like 11pm-6am.

The only problem I get with them is broken CD cases and tbh I've had that problem more with Uptown than UKRS. I've never had anything wrong with any of my orders from UKRS I just don't use them as other sites normally do it cheaper than them

its my CD's turning up with broken cases, covers that have been ripped from a A4 sheet by hand and pre-ordered mixtapes turning up 3 weeks after the release date.

If they know they won't have enough stock - stop taking more orders untill you do, simple.

I have ordered from Ruthless Recordz, Robeworld.com, Uptown and even Avalanch, they use the same delivery method but my CD's turn out fine when i receive them. Maybe a bit more bubble wrap will do the job????

These are obvious, although some people fail on the whole preorder thing and get pissed when they have to wait for other stuff till preorder is out. Don't think you can order stuff out of stock either.

Preorder items are usually alright and get sent out on time in my experiance. Everyone seems to have different experiances with UKRS though.
