Slow Server - Server Was Restarted

**edit. Servers have been reset now.

As the servers being going stupidly slow, it's being restarted to try clear the troubles.
It may come up with a Database error in the next 5mins, but that's just the server being turned off and on again.

Hopefully should mean it won't start randomly slowing down again.

Should of posted that earlier, but it was going way to slow to do anything. So just rebooted it, but didn't have time to post before it did it.
