Free Downloads section?

Perhaps as an addition sub-section within Grime Discussion, alongside the Listening booth. There's always people posting about free stuff, so why not have it all in one place to see? It would also be good for people who are new to the genre and want to hear something for free.

Most there will be is a thread going to grimepedia though really.

Yeah, but sometimes when there's something for download on myspace in a thread you can quickly post and say this is there or whatever. With a website it's slightly harder to update and maintain. What I mean is with websites you have to have more of a layout and presentation has to be focussed on more than a forum thread where you can just say "New free download from doody dada".

Or what about a thread, first post linking to the free downloads section on the pedia, and replies being posts. You'll have to purge/delete the non-linking posts (posts that just say "safe")

people saying safe etc.. is just if there hidden & i don't think there will be that much free downloads.

but still a section would be good - if not a section & just re-direct it to the pedia site

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can make an RSS feed from that category in the grime wiki, and then you could just make the RSS feed bot put it in the usual place, or perhaps another place (not too sure how your bots work in here)
