I listened to it and I think the idea was bout Risky paying suttin back to the artists and the scene for his bootlegging. So ye it was one-sided, Scratcha and Hyperfrank dont have anything to prove, if you get me. And they only said bout the forfeit after he had failed, so its not as if he knew. But that dont matter anyway. If he had said no, then people would have said bare things to him bout being shook, and not dealing with the consequences reh teh teh. Ok you might not have done it yourself, but hes trying to get back in peoples good books, so do you blame him for doing it?!
