This was the week that Wiley's new album 'See Clear Now' was supposed to come out, and Grimetapes thought to counter his major label effort, he would put together a Wiley collection available to download on the same day. The label flopped, and now it is out in 2009, but we thought it would still be appropriate to drop it today. Hopefully there will be a Volume Two for the actual release date.

Now onto the mixtape:

Imagine all Wiley's best radio and live moments in mixtape format free to download. Simple concept, continuing on from the Wheel Volume One (http://verybutterz.blogspot.com/2008/10/grimetapescom-present-wheel-vol1.html) theme.

Selection comes from Slimzee, Karnage, Maximum, Tubby and Darkside. Classic stuff. Includes a clash with Doogz and some vintage back to back moments with Dizzee.

Yeah course for Grime I comme to GrimeForum first.

But when there is a link on here to your blog; I'd rather see everything that is on the other blogs (videos and other material like that wise) as well as all your exclusive content all in one place. Then all I have to do is scroll down, read and watch.

I don't always click the thread link as soon as I see something, and quite often I forget to check whatever video/audio content when I get back home or later on that week... so If I see it again, in the same place I can get all the new stuff as well, thats sick.

Listened to it all and its big....its being added to my iphone as we speak....the first track/tune as it were at love shy brought back memories...

That was a couple good friends of mines rave and of course I was there!!....so much hype....especially when "young" Tinchy touched mic...."let me see the gun fingers!!!"....

The rest reminded me of the times I locked to rinse and other stations and just sat by the radio...waiting..lol...straight classics...couldn't imagine hearing this stuff again...especially after all the tapes I had were worn down through repeat playing or a shoddy tape player!!....

Would love to see some more compliations...so if there is a D Double in the pipeline I can't wait!.....
