yea the trick to avoid MS catching you is create another profile thats not an xbox live profile. then it wont show up when you play online with the other live account or just dont play online till its released.

Is the good thing about Xbox, they actually bother doing something about cheating/modding etc etc. PS3 doesn't really seem to worry if your cheating blatently online from what i know from PS3 Forums and people who played on there.
