Your Top 5 Grime Shows and Why?

scratcha's show coz it bare jokes and he has interesting and important debates, very well presented

maximum/bbk usually the set is massive

newham generals, same reason as above

logan sama, well presented, new music (sometimes), some sets are sick

those are the only shows i lock into regularly but i do lock into other show for time to time

1)Maximum/Karnage - Usually MC's there, hype and its in the evening where I can be chilled, relaxed and with mates just listening to it and not worry about mcuh.

2)Scratcha's 8-11am - Makes work feel less boring, makes the most boring part of the day interesting and usually some funny stuff going down. Often there are good debates which helps the forum get a bit more active in the morning and thats good too.

3)JJ's/Elijahs Sets - Good grime sets and sometimes some other music mixed in - I Like that sometimes, Its different listening to an artist mix grime into an electro/dance track or something . Would be good if JJ had a dedicated show on a dedicated station though, as you never know when he's gonna be on.

4)SketchE/ScoreFive when they are on although there hasn't been as much recently. Good shows and often different MC's and some different tunes a bit of variation which is good- a lot of the other shows play the same tunes with the same MCs

5)Vectra's shows, mixing is a lot and always a good listen- he's a joker as well.

Silencer, Tootsi's and Spyro's shows are a lot, but because Im rarely up to lock, or out raving, I don't listen enough to judge them. Logans is good as well I guess, but I prefer the pirate radio really.

Scratcha breakfast - mainly for discussion, bare jokes, good tunes

Maximum/BBK - latest tunes, good guests, sick DJ

Logan - unique show

Tootsi - very hype shows

Gens - I like the beats tubby plays and Footsie and Double r big set mc's.

Logans - Sometimes only the set but logan is always on point with the beats.

I randomly listen to other shows, but i make a point of listening to these 3 as much as possible.

newham generals- beats, bars, mixing - loads of original production, alot of in house stuff, and d double e most weeks

Logan- Only because I have followed the kiss show from day 1. He has appropriate guests, mixes good, and dont really tone it dwn considering hes on mainstream radio.

bbk - mainly for maximum - but i guess you never know who is going to be there

vectra is a good host, plays a mixture of stuff you would know and stuff you dont, and he dont ramp with a mix. sorta set you can listen to with people who dont listen 2 grime that much, or know whats going on. Vectra is under rated in my opinion. He is swag at pro as well.

Spyro- original presentation, fucked beats especially with da aftershock hook up... mixing is original at all times, badboy dj.

those are the only sets ive been listening to 4 a long time, but lately, especially in grime forum era, ive been listening 2 tootsi, j.j obviously u lot herd my sets and couple others, and theres going to be a good future selecting wise.

DJ Tubby's show is just sick, With D Double & Footsie doing a set every week and some of them sickest beats around it is too much, DJ Tubby's selection of tunes is sick, I cant wait to see them next week

DJ Fusion's show is also sick, He's a manchester DJ who plays bassline for 1 hour but for the second hour has some of the sickest manny mc's on and does some of them sickest sets, I coulden't see many people on here liking it but its alot, Mondays 10-12 if your interested www.unityradio.fm

Karnage & Maximum show is proply the best grime show around, Has the best mc's in the scene doing a sick set.
