Basically the video is a parody. Carlsberg do a bunch of adverts where they take something far and end it with 'Carlsberg don't do ____ but if they did, it would probably be the best ____ in the world' - 'Carlsberg, probably the best larger in the world'. Rinse did the same by diverting from his usual subject matter, pretending he is super road then ending it with the Carlsberg thing.
