it's not down to your lone opinion whether or not someone is an 'any guy'...
you can not care about him, doesn't make him an 'any guy' though

but you're using it in the wrong way.
it would take the majority of people's opinions agreeing with yours to make Dizzee an any guy.

What it all boils down to is the fact Maths & English was better than any grime release last year.

dizzee just outshined suger hill gang.....:stunned:
you can't really say that due to the sugarhill gang version being older than dizzee himself. Its a completely different era.
Dizzee sounded nice on that though. Who remembers the 1xtra version a few years ago with the likes of J2k, Sway, Skibadee & loads of other people on it?

The more I hear about Dizzie, the more he annoys me. He used to be good but now he's a complete pisstake to his genre, and only cares about money. So many more talented MC's in the grime scene nowadays, it annoys me how he got the limelight from the mainstream.

its not like hes completely deserted grime tho

and i dont really see any more talented spitters around at the moment...
arguably Ghetto and Doogz, and that's it.
despite Dizzee's transition to hip-hop he's actually progressed a lot technically as an MC since Boy In Da Corner... it just seems that he lacks the depth, rawness and realness he once had nowadays

No reason for people to hate. Hes gotta make money somehow. In America, UK hip hop and grime are considered to be the same thing. Even if Dizzy succeeds on a more rap edge, it means more grime artists are likely to be given a chance in the future.

why they considered to be the same thing?are alot of people just ignorant to the difference or?

Yeah its an ignorance thing.

Yeah its an ignorance thing.
its funny because uk hip hop really is quite a dead scene and people go on like grimes dead when its twice as active as the hip hop scene is...well thats my view on it anyway
what is the general view to grime in america anyway?

Nice to see Dizzee up there, but it's still a shame that him and Kano have seemingly forgot about the reasons that they have careers. If it was UK Hip-Hop that they were on, they wouldn't be known at all.

So true, I can't understand how someone can totally turn their back on what got them to where they are.
Hate using this cliche but it's "selling out", bitch move IMO
