what is a good alternative, to waves for logic 8 that works on intel mac?

waves isnt hacked for intel mac... (i know i should buy it, but i cant afford it)

The plugins within Logic are very good ,but Waves is in on a next level.

You right Waves isn't (k) for OSX so, I run them on XP via Bootcamp and use Waves with Protools, Cubase, Fruity and then bounce the tracks and import them back into Protools/Logic (OSX)

EDIT: You can always run Reason 4 PC & Mac and use waves in XP bounce and then rewire into Logic(OSX).
