U aint even hench bro. I seen you frying a egg.
im bigger dan da average man.
n this notion tht u need to big 2 have the right to speak on these things is retarded. all the scientists which came up da theores of building muscle, ARE THEY HENCH? dumbass.
u dnt look at sum1 n think "man hes hench, so he must no wot do to"
so many factors come into play.. he might be doing everything wrng, but cos he got jenes, u think u shud follow him, den u end up being crippled lol.
thats why we have science. ITS BASED ON OBJECTIVE OBSERVATION OF THE MASS, or sample of the popualtion. so it takes everything into consideration. taking anidole evidence from ppl = bro science = why newbies get injured, n why i had so much injures early on.
When i stopped lisening to ppl, n looked at the papers for my self. Id wen i stopped getting hurt n since ive been progressing steadily and consistanly. Sas why i can pick n no wht channels are good and wht are bad.
Read the science for ur self, den asses everyhting in context.

Defo join a gym, I used to do weights at home but was limitied to what I could do & didnt really know what I was doing, but since joining a gym Ive learnt alot & defo seeing better results.
Also If your a beginner like me & dont have alot of knowledge on weight training then book a couple sessions with a personal trainer. (If you've got any good ones at the gym.) I just had a week with 1. The guys massive & taught me alot better ways to do every exercise to get the best from that muscle defo inspirational.

I would agree but from personal experience if you find that 1 who knows his shit it is worth every penny
the majority of pts at my gym are average joes. But The 1 I went with was massive, done a few natural body building contests, the gym is his life. Like i said if u can find a good pt defo worth a couple sessions.
