Breakfast usually 2-3 bits of weetabix with honey n sugar, whole milk and a banana after.
*gym*
Protein shake (MyProtein)
Other than that tho, I try to have foods with protein and carbs (i.e. yesterday I had 2 big pieces of roast cod and potatoes)
But I also eat bare fatty foods like pizza kfc nandos mcd'z kebabs etc like once every other day but I also eat mums cooking whatever it may be.
I bang out gym 5 days a week and have a protein shake twice a day. I try to eat a tin of tuna a day too and always have a nutrament or two a day (idc if theyre not that good lol they taste nice n cant be THAT bad)
I'm trying to bulk up in size in general but not be fat. Everyone who's seen me irl since I've been out have said Ive gone much bigger than what I used to be. I went jail I think 9 1/2 stone and I've come out just over 11 stone, and I wasn't even eating as much as I was in there as I am out here, I think it was just potatoes n chicken every day and the lack of exercise.
Is there anything significantly wrong in my regime in terms of what I'm trying to achieve?

You didn't write out your exact diet but going by what you did write it looks like you're not eating enough.

Make a list of what you eat today and put that up. Nutraments aren't BAD as such, they just shouldn't be used constantly as a food substitute.

My bad. Well I'll start with yesterdays diet cos it's more like what I eat everyday.
Breakfast 10am: 3 bits of weetabix with honey n sugar, a nutranment and a banana.
11am *gym*
straight after gym: Protein shake (includes mixed carbs)
Around 1/1:30am: Get home n have either two tins of tuna with mayo n sweetcorn or 1 tin of sardines in tomato sauce (3 bits) in turkish bread (much thicker than hovis lol/square bread). Cup of OJ with this usually.
Before dinner (3-4pm): Lasagne from the night before but usually if there isn't any food at home I'll get a small kebab/2 pc kfc meal.
Dinner: Whatever my mum's cooked which is usually fish or meat of some source. Turkish food is very rich in meat but also has a lot of veggies in it too lol my mum's a health freak in a way but like's cooking protein/meat rich foods cos of my gym regime now.
Before bed: snack on something small like a bowl of mash n some sardines or anything i can find really.
I don't eat chocolates/sweets anymore cos jail put me off them lol I don't drink any fizzy drinks either. Straight water/nutrament/protein shake/milk/OJ

No rice?
Have cottage cheese before bed instead of snacking on mashed potato lol, a 300g pot (I think it's 300g) contains 30g protein which is enough for you and for most people before bed.
I'd add some eggs to your diet too, omelettes, boiled, scrambled, whatever way you wanna cook them is up to you. High in protein, great bulking food.
Your 1:30pm and 4pm meals are pretty shit tbh.
Brown rice, mixed veg, tin of tuna is a good meal, have that for one of those.
I would add porridge oats, lentils, mixed veg (frozen bag cheap as fuck), eggs, rice cakes, kidney beans and cottage cheese/quark to your diet.
Someone else will probably come through with more detail.

What is imortant is that you're in a calorie surplus as long as you're getting a good amount of protein etc in your diet the rest is not that important.

Why would you eat two tins of tuna in one sitting? lol that would be around 60g of protein alone, you'll only need around 30g per meal anything mores a waste, eat it with wholegrain/brown rice to fill you up and get your carbs in

Each tin is 23.5g bro so 47g in total, which is a mans daily recommended allowance. I jus do it cos it's easy to make and 1 doesnt fill me up.
So shall I have it with rice? tuna n rice? lol doesnt go does it?

Yeah I always have it lol, throw some lemon salt and pepper in with the tuna and mix it all together. Add a little mayo or salad cream if you really want in the tuna and then throw it in with the rice.

You don't have to eat it together Kebab, I eat the rice and veg together then the tuna straight out the tin with a fork. It all ends up in your belly the same way.

I swear that's a myth and even if it is true surely it only matters to tuna caught around Japan where they dump the pollution?

Make sure it's brown pasta and I just normally use a little over a handful, think there'll be about 60g in that much. Saying that I haven't had pasta in over 3 months and I feel so much lighter lol

might be a myth about dying from it or something but heard they advise not to eat mass amounts anyway, could be wrong:S

2 tins of tuna together is pointless because your body can't really take in and process all of that protein, and that shit has gone expensive in the last 2 years :dead:
i eat sardines in tomato sauce on top my toast for breakfast sometimes, 5* meal
just empty the whole tin of sardines and the tomato sauce into a bowl, cover with a cloth (i just use kitchen roll so i can throw it away after), heat up in the microwave for 2 minutes
toast 2-3 pieces of bread, then just eat it like that, dip some of the toast in the tomato sauce, then just use a spoon and put sardines on top of the toast, fold it and eat
tuna with brown rice is disgusting, just have tuna and pasta, not just plain pasta though, make some nice pasta with a bit of flavour, etc
you can make 2 days worth of pasta if you want, just put it in the fridge when it has cooled down and heat up in the microwave when you want to eat

If you're going to do this make sure you leave it out at room temperature to cool down before refridgerating. Most common way to get food poisoning is incorrectly reheating rice and pasta.

yeah sardines in tomato sauce was a favourite of mine in jail too, never had it in sauce before then but now i have it almost every day >>>>>>
another question guys, but silly but meh, like i said before i have weetabix with bit of sugar n honey in the mornings before gym, but is it better to eat a banana before gym or after? same with the nutrament, cos i usually have my protein shake straight after gym, and then have a nutrament for the taste/protein/fibre (always makes me shit lol) with my tuna/sardines lunch (usually an hour or so after gym)

I eat quite a lot tbh. Safely over the RDA of calories, protein carbs etc. Well now I do since I've come out of jail. I put on like a stone n a half n my eating habits have changed I'm constantly hungry lol. 15 inch pizza got waxed last night with my gf 8 wings n chips too with 4 pc's of garlic bread (which i ate 2 of).
Today I had a proper breakfast, like 5 slices of toast, grilled halloumi, 4 slices of chicken roll, a fried egg and a little portion of scrambled egg washed down with a cup of milk.
I didn't go gym today cos i've been wed, thurs, fri and saturday this week so i decided to rest today and go again tomorrow. anyway, for lunch i had 3 lahmacuns (turkish pizza) with a glass of ayran (turkish yoghurt drink lol) and then i had the last 2 slices of pizza from last night with 2 nutraments a bit later on lol. just now my boys mum (dad is an epic cook for carribean foods, from st lucia/barbados) sent me down (live a floor up lol) half a big ovened potato with cheese melted on top, a big piece of jerk chicken, maccaroni cheese and rice. i washed it down with a glass of diet coke lol aint had coke in ages
i will probably eat another 2-3 lamacuns before i sleep too now and have another nutrament which is sitting in the fridge lol.
im trying to eat 5-6 times a day now. 5-6 decent sized meals.

to those saying x amount of protein can only be put to use in one sitting by the body, find me a study to back this up. a steak takes roughly 12 hours to digest, chicken around 8 and i'd imagine tuna is about the same as chicken if not less. The x amount of protein in one sitting thing only applies to shakes, where i'd say its around the 45g mark, any more scoops or whatever will just make you fart which will be the excess protein. kebab do some fucking research online instead of using this forum as a crutch like you do for everything else that you can't work out for yourself in life. post up your training routine also. TBH natural training is shit and boring after a year, have fun while it lasts.
also you clearly have quite a good metabolism if you're not fat yet from this awful diet, put this to good use by eating clean foods to get your calories rather than the absolute shit you're eating now. your body will thank you. if you're going the non PED assisted route (which i assume you are, i dread to think of the consequence should you use PED's ) diet and training need to be alot more on point to get anything out of going to the gym.
