I'm Mr ShaoDow, a rapper/ Martial artist, I went over to China to study kung fu blah blah blah.

Anyway, this video features myself and MC Wasteman, it's called Grime, the nationwide debut was on Thursday but I'd really like to know what the Grime heads think.

I gotta make this clear, I'm not dissing Grime music, just the wack mc's who are just in it for themselves and make swag music.

Beat is kinda awful.

Chorus could have been more original than playing on the one liner tip. i know grime comonly uses this, hence why you used it, but i dont feel it did the track justice.

That's fair enough, and trust I value your opinion, it all helps me get better.

TBH I rap over a lot of different stuff from funky house to dubstep to rock to hip hop.

This was the first straight up Grime tune I did and I spent a good 6 months listening to Grime music to get a style that was mine but also grime like.

I also listened to A LOT of really bad grime to make me angry enough to write this properly and I mean REALLY bad grime.

I've done a funky house remix which will be released worldwide along with the video and the original I dunno if you might like that a bit more

That's fair enough, as much as I don't like it I realise that not everyone would like the track.

Still I'm glad you enjoyed the video, if I'm being honest the beat is about 4 years old plus it takes me a few months to write and perfect my lyrics to a standard where I'm as happy as possible.

Plus I was being a bit cheeky with the beat, I know Grime doesn't sound exactly like that like I know Grime MC's don't act exactly like that, but its all in good fun.

I'm not actually from Oxford, I'm from Lewisham, I'm just studying up here, Oxford gave me my break though and its where I'm most known so I rep Oxford usually.

Also I'm not actually a Grime MC, I just rap over anything I feel like, look out for my next track, screaming mixed with fingernails on a chalk board and polystyrene

I'm not coming round with any attitude, I'm just replying to what a man said, true I've only just come on this forum, but that doesn't mean I haven't been around.

I'm not gonna write out a list, but I've got to the stage where I KNOW I'm good at what I do, mainly because I put in months of hard work and effort.

If I was a grime MC, I would work hard at that too, make my lyrics the best they could be and spit in new and interesting ways (kinda like what I do now) so yeah if I was a grime mc I reckon I would be a good one.

but that's not to say I would be the best, just good, nothing wrong with saying that
