Trying to do this low carb thing is so hard, mainly because my staple diets all my life has consisted of carbs - rice and when i'm out and about there's the quick and easy thing to pick up and eat is a sandwich and obviously bread has a lot of carbs and everything else is full of fat and calories.

rice is easy for me to cook and when i go home it's always rice so it's just rice and bread mainly lol.

Dunno whats good to eat and easy to cook cos reading these health articles most things are full of one thing or another that will effect your diet. I've just took to drinking soup now but thats boring.

cant tell if it's a problem for me but i have been trimming while still eating it but thats probably cos i've been doing HIIT and lifting plus taking l-carnitine and drinking green tea. Still not where I wanna be physically yet i've targeted beginning of summer to get in proper shape by but not sure if I can while just doing those things and still having a shit diet.

AT lunch go to tesco, get their salad things they do in carboard boxes, it your out and about. Low calories and carbs but u might soon feel hungry after.

i've been cutting carbs out my evening meal, especially if i get a sandwich at lunch, tho its hard and can leave u feeling hungry at like 9/10 o clock.

Stick with it tho, im trying my hardest, is tricky tho

sardines, tuna, mackerel, tesco 2 for £5 ready cooked chicken (loads of flavours, sainsburys do 2 for £4 ones and waitrose 2 for £6) all of these can be bought 'on the go' so to speak. there are carbs in veg, albeit not alot, but they're still there.

safe, will have a look at the salad boxes but they dont sound too filling, what do you eat late at night when you're feeling hungry? i've stopped eating before 9 altogether and just drink a glass of warm semi-skimmed milk and honey lol.
