Im trying to put on some weight to bulk up.
im Currently 13.6 Stone 6ft2" id like to put on at least another stone.
My body is shit at gettin fat, my whole family are like it, can eat what we want but hardly put on any weight. Im also on my feet all day at work so am burning fat then.
Im eating double than what I used to
Eating- Porridge
Beans on Toast
Scramblled Eggs
Soups
Pasta
Tuna
Fruit
Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Cheese Sarnies
My main meal a day is either 2 Chicken Breats/2 Fish Fillets/2 Steaks or Mince With loads of Potatoes & veg
Have 2 protein shakes a day aswell, but struggling to put wieght on.
Also snack on bit of crap like crisps n biscuits throughout the day
What weight suppliment is there, if any that is worth taking to help add some weight??

I used USN Hyperbolic Mass, only used half the recommended serving a day though which still equalled 800 Calories when used with Whole Milk. I put bad fat on though aswell, you should be eating 5-6 meals a day tbh. Each meal should have carbs and protein, so say for breakfast you'd have porridge with banana's and some whey protein, then your next meal 2-3 hours later would be tuna salad sandwich on wholegrain bread or an omelette/scrambled egg with wholegrain toast, dinner would be chicken and wholegrain rice and veg, pre workout meal either chicken/tuna with brown pasta for lunch youd have chicken/tuna/steak with sweet potato's or brown rice with veg then before bed have a protein shake/toast with peanut butter. Snack on nuts and fruit instead of biscuits/chocolate. Make sure you work hard in the gym and you should pack a bit of mass on after a couple of months, everyone says your body is only capable of adding around 10lb's of lean muscle a year unless youve got freak genetics too lol. If youre not bothered about adding fat or a spare tyre around your ab's then just eat anything and everything aslong as you get enough protein (1g per lb of body weight) youll build muscle and also gain fat.

id avoid weight gainers n jus eat lots of calorie-dense foods. lots of red meat, eggs, pizza etc

not pizza lol
but yeh avoid it and eat more good carbs and red meat, over time you will put on weight

Meal one: protein shake, oats, banana
Meal two: 8 egg whites, small portion of brown rice
Meal three: wholewheat pasta, tin of tuna
Workout
Meal four: post workout shake, boiled chicken, brocolli
Meal five: salmon/steak, spinach
Meal 6: cottage cheese, raw egg (maybe abother protein shake)
Can obviously switch it up if you want, replace/add meals etc. lift big....get trench.

Fewie if you buying any supplements, theres one shop down Dallow Road forgot what its called though lol cheaper than most though

Just make sure if u dirty bulk and have shit meals make sure its with stuff like mcdonalds and kfc rather than sweets and ice cream.
