Just about to get back in the gym, but it's been so long I'd thought I'd see if anyone can help me with what kind of routine to do.

I'm about 5' 8'' and somewhere between 60-70kg, so I'm pretty small, I'm not planning on getting massive but I do want to get a little bit bigger, but I still want to be nimble enough for boxing when I start that again too.

Anyone got any advice?

Not really an advice to give. Follow a workout plan, eat a lot and stop when you get to your ideal weight?

id do and upper/lower split of just big barbell exercises if i was just about to get back into it.

Upper : Barbell chest press/Shoulder press/Deadlifts (stiff leg)/Bent over rows

Lower : Squats/Walking Lunges with barbell/deadlifts (full)

maybe try it 5x5 style.

Personally, if you're training for boxing I'd just go with lighter weights and high reps (12-15), better working for muscle stamina since you'll do all your strength traning elsewhere.
