with regards to diet and lifting
go
long term goals:
hit 200lbs with 7-8% bodyfat. ultimate goal tbh, probs take at least 2-4 yrs but im patient and will enjoy the journey, havent missed any workouts for a long while now quite determined. inshallah i dont get any bad injuries so can maintain this. 100% natural of course dnt h8
bench & squat bodyweight for 20 reps. just a little goal i set, ive only began to train in higher rep ranges so id say im bout 3/4 of the way there. should be able to do this by next yr. i think thts realistic, or maybe by nov/dec
short-term goals:
hit 14.5 stone by december (currently 13.5, aim to gain slow and steadily)
refuse to cut until december no matter how much i want abs back.
eat a lot EVERYDAY (keep havin certain days of the week where im lazy or unprepared to cook/not much food in house) so dont get as much calories as i should.

just keep making good quality gains dont know how much i weigh atm as i dont really use scales to tough (the mirror ttkk >>>>)
6-8 meals daily all clean meals
slowing down on my training as i was training a little to much so thrown couple rest days in mid week, growth will be a madting:dozey:
was looking to compete bodybuilding this year just to see how i'd get on. but gonna give myself some more time, its a goal in the future to get into that so maybe in a year or 2.
also got a shoulder injury that i keep training through stupidly, il be out of training soon for a long time if it gets any worse so i need to stop being lazy and act on it otherwise any goal i set will no longer be.

whats ur typical day of eating like?
should see a physio, shoulder issues can get messy unless u sort it. i know guys who've given up trainin cos their shoulders.
i need to see 1 bout my hamstrings theyre mad tight, cant touch anywhere near my toes when stretching its peak will make me vulnerable for injuries/back probs been lucky so far. been lookin up stretchin gona see how tht goes if no improvement will see 1.
