you can get them reactivated still, just if you want to run the risk of blowing your hand off if they don't clear the barrel properly

I've heard horror stories of DIY rebores taking peoples hands off and shit.
I'm thinking about applying for a shotgun licence though, gonna join a shooting club first so I look a bit more credible. Heard they're not that hard to get as long as you have a stone wall you can attach a gun cabinet to and a valid reason for wanting one in the first place.
