what are your favourite muscles to train? and worst?
my favourite are my calves, they were really, really skinny to start with so i like to see them grow and feel the pump. the muscle i hate training the most are my hamstrings as i have really tight hamstrings and it's fucking painful to stretch them.
favourite excersise is calf raises at the end of my workout on both legs with high reps. my most hated are lunges and good mornings, fucking hate both of them. especially lunges.

I go through stages of disliking certain body parts. Today, I know I have a back session later and I'm not looking forward to it one bit. Then again, maybe that's the stinking hangover talking.
I always love training chest.

i hate press movements so chest & shoulder presses as i have a shoulder problem and its annoying smh

i tend to change my workout when it starts to annoy me tbh.
favourite to work is my shoulders. i get some mad pump and i look like iv got mike tyson shoulders lol

Favourite: Bi' and Tri's (the heavy and pumped feeling in them after a workout >>>>>)
Least favourite: Legs, mainly because of how much effort it takes and how weak you get after lol.
