There was an episode on Sky Anytime a month or three back, was okay. Quite interesting, but not fantastic.

There was a human conductor, the strength guy and something else.

Unless this isn't the same series and this post was a complete fucking waste of time.

yeah theres like a 10minute section about a bodybuilder from wales, but the rest is just about strong people, an arm wrestler, worlds strongest man contestant and some guy whos been training his daughters to be #HENCHH since 5days old

swear one could lift like 10stone above her head when she was 9 or some shit
