I'm trying to get into the habit of doing this, it means i can get some fruit in take too because i never used to eat any fruit at all apart from banana's before
do all of the meals have to be high protein though or can t of them be something like toast with soup or beans on toast??

yeh the main content of every meal should be protein, except maybe your oats, but you should have whey in there

usually, try and fit this into most/every meal
1 portion of protein high food, such as a chicken breast
1 portion of good carbs such as sweet potatoes or brown rice
1 portion of veg

This is difficult when you work 2 jobs though
i have tried preparing meals and taking them with me but you eventually just begin hating eatings the same stuff over and over again
i wouldn't mind eating the same stuff all day long if i was at home but it's different when you're at work and there's a KFC opposite and a Mcdonalds down the road
well, it's not eating the 5-6 meals that's the problem, it's just making sure at least 4-5 out of the 6 are high protein that gets hard

I just have 3 meals a day. Doesn't make a difference to me if I have 3 or 6.

In theory (Although I know very little about nutrition and digestion etc.) as long as the meals, whether three or six, have the same total amount of calories, the difference couldn't be that huge. I read some research which seems to support this recently. Having said that, I still try to eat more smaller meals, because eating more at once gets me feeling bloated and stuff.

I should have said earlier, i'm cutting atm.. that's why i'm trying to have smaller high protein meals rather then big meals 3 times a day with snacks and that in between
