I'd like my money back but it would be nice to actually get the chance to talk to you or your team to actually hear an excuse. Your Customer service is seriously terrible and if I still don't bother to free up your phones or reply to emails then I will continue to bad mouth you. I've already got he cds I've ordered now because of you're SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDY delivery. Complete par. Any artist that decides to give these guys exclusives are losing the plot.

A lot of the time this is the case but many times I do end up getting cd-rs fromt the artists before they are fully printed, and of course I still want to support. HOWEVER... now I wonder why I and many other people bother.
