Was wondering if you could work out without any sort of suppliments and etc but still yield equivalent results.

Was thinking about buying some but I don't know if all that protein shakes and whatever will just be a waste.

I do feel myself physically getting stronger though few weeks ago used to struggle on the bench press with 10s on both ends (20KG) now I'm doing 30s both ends (60kg).

Been doing gym for a solid month average of 3 to 4 times a week.

But what was weird is that prior to that everyday for 3 weeks I did 100 press ups and the pecs and tri-ceps came out of nowhere as in you could see the physical bumps like rah lol, stopped because I got lazy again :dead:

I ain't a skinny guy to begin with so I don't need to bulk up but the rate I'm going at I don't know if without any added help if all of it will be worth while.

Btw I just got the dench frame without the denchness

taking supplements is still natural bodybuilding, and it depends what your goals are. you won't get to ronnie coleman size without steroids and the right genetics (sorry if you already knew you re: supplements)

if you've only been going for a month i'd just buy some good quality whey but i don't really understand your question. yes it's possible to achieve results without supplements (staying natural) and also without roids, but i dunno what your goal is. if you're trying to build muscle, supplements will help.

think of whey protein powder as a food, not a magic potion that makes you hench. it will be a waste of money if your routine and diet isn't already in place, supplements supplement an already in place regime.

Yes, with a top notch diet you will gain the same results as with supplements, the only supplement you'll build more muscle than with just top notch diet is creatine, which again, you need a good diet with. Supplements should be used just to fill in the gaps in your diet, for someone like me who cannot handle much food in their stomach, protein shakes are needed. They just make it so much easier.

I basically do want to become more muscular but thought you could do it without anything and just go hard in the gym lol

Thing is though if I continue to go the way I'm going now will I just end up a skinny ripped guy.

20 mins cardio cross trainer 1200metres

Then spend 1 hour and a half on

Some free weights with the bench press and barbells

Do a circuit on ALL the machines in the gym including legs and the abs as well.

The only thing I have before is some cereal and a banana.

During the actual work outs I'm just drinking on juice, then I go yard then eat my normal food no fried shit though.

well the answer is yeah you can build muscle without supplements but it's easier if you take the right supplements.

whatever you do, you should get your diet sorted first though.

Better to drink water than juice in the gym tbh.

How can you drink juice while working out? My throat is fucked if i drink anything other than water lol.

But to answer one of your questions, if youre not eating enough youre not gonna get bigger by just lifting weights.

Of course you can, Arnold Schwartzenegger won Mr.Universe 100% clean.

Last time I tried working out whilst drinking water I didn't last long my body's energy just got zapped felt burnt out in an instant I suppose the sugar keeps me going I guess lol

I know a few guys who are vegatarians, they have been training for a good 2 years and they are the same size as the regular guys who go gym and then take every single supplement available afterwards

they don't even take any supplements, there diet has no meat, no fish, no eggs.. just eating pure veg and drinking milk, etc

so to answer your question, yes it's possible but supplements help speed up the process, you can still get similar results with just a good diet but it will take slightly longer.

yeah its for bulking it makes you hold water lol best thing for size imo

its a food extract yeah you mix it with a drink, wouldnt put it with juice i just have it with my shake when i have one.

Actually mixing creatine powder in with protein shake?
One of my mates said it was completely disgusting, unless he just had some sort of problem

i used to just mix it into a small glass of water and neck it. i've done it with protein powder and i agree it's horrible.

also wiu if you're gonna use creatine it has side effects. it did with me anyway, i had nightmares, insomnia and felt lethargic throughout the day (wasn't drinking enough water, i drink about 15 pints a day but that wasn't enough so just upped it and felt fine). i noticed a difference in size within around a week, strength gains and increased appetite too.

I'll look into it but i'm not bulking anymore so i don't think i'll bother with it

i have 5KG of whey to get through lol

i've heard loads of people who take it talk about it before but never heard anything about side effects, my bro takes it and he hasn't had any problems either

he eats a spoon of it and then drinks some juice straight after, probably because it doesn't taste nice i'm guessing lol

never got any side effects actually in all honesty felt more energized and needed a shit a bit more but it made me really active (especially when runnin for the toilet) lol but good knows how you got insomnia guess everyones different its just a food extract from red meat, it doesnt really tast of anything.
